This is my art. The yellow koru is my mum called kelly. The orange koru is my sister jahleah, the pink koru is me ceanah-lee, the green and blue koru is my baby brother called trey-lyric. The purple koru is my baby sister kealee, the green koru is my dad and the blue koru is my step mum, the red koru is my step sister and last is the skin colour is my step brother.

1. What is the history of the Olympic uniforms.

In LONDON in 1908 Australia and New Zealand combined together to make an Australiasia team so there was no silver fern on the uniform.

In ANTWERP in 1920 our very first Olympic team wore  uniforms that were home made.                                                                                                                                            

In Berlin in 1936 our NEW ZEALAND  Olympic men wore short ties,black coats, white short sleeve t-shirts,gray long pants & gray and black boater (hats) .    

In NEW ZEALAND 2000:people were posed with sheep in central    auckland (new zealand).

Introduction

After researching about the olympic uniforms we started designing a uniform. Here are the instructions.

You need:

• Fabric (stretchy)
• Needle and thread
• Or sewing machine

This is what you do??

First You trace your legs for shorts
Second you trace the outside of you t-shirt
Third you get some thread and a needle and sew the sides of the shorts
Then try it on then you have finished.

For our pbl we did the next new zealand olympic uniform. I made the shorts and Ceana Lee helped me do the t-shirt and shorts and sew them together.

My our PBL we made a NZ olympics uniform. We are making a top and shorts.  Mrs lLowe brought some material so we could make our uniform. My buddy made the shorts and I made the top. We still needed to sew the top together.

p.e Reflection

Today we played Boccia and this is how you play Boccia. First you have to have 2 Chairs for 2 people who have to sit on  and Group with 3 people. Also  another Group With a jack and 3 balls you have to try to get as close as you can to the jack.Second you have to throw or roll the ball as Close as you can to the jack if you hit it then you get a bones point. And  you have to roll with your bad hand if both of you're hands are good then just throw with a any hand .And Therd  you have to do it nice and soft so you don't heart anyone. last but not least You can play with a blind fold on and throw with your weaker hand to play Boccia. Diaz, Vaughn and Bradley were in one group and in the other group was Bowen, Georgia and someone else but I cant remember who it was. 

Quistioning

Before reading What type of bird is a puketi robin. Why are mustelids to our town to eat of birds eggs. Where do possums stoats and rats come from. Why did people bring mustelids to new zealand.

Explanation

My Explanation of the parts of a car.

A car is a vehicle which has many parts to help it move and transport people, animals and cargo. I am going to explain some of the parts of a car.

A bumper bar is a piece of metal. It is a long rectangle shape on the front and back of the car. If someone crashes the car won't get damaged. some cars have no bumper bar and some cars do. Why some people have no bumper bars is because they break them. Also there are lights.                       

The lights are to see at night when it's dark. If no one uses their lights they will crash into another car or a sign.You could also get hert so please put your lights on at night thank you.

The wheels are to make the car so that the car can work. If you don't have wheels on you car it won't break when you drive around. Some people take their tires aren't flat and so you can drive.Also people buy tyres to put in the boot so if their tyres pop they just have to put that one on.

The windows are if something comes flying at the windows it won't hit your face.Also when you get home you can just wipe it off or spray it off our you can wipe it off with your hand but you have to wash your hands.

A engine is so the car can work if you don't have a engine your car won't work  

If you do have a engine your car will work      

Finally, the brakes are so you can stop so you don't crash into another car so you can stop and you can park and go straight ahead and stop in traffic

Moment in Time

                            Moment in Time

Yes me my family got to splash planet. As we were there I wanted to rush to the slides. I went on Wednesday and it was fun because I went fast down the slides. They are brown white orange and blue.

It was fun going down the fast slide because we laid in the water at the bottom. It was deep at the bottom. But after our swim my baby sister and mum had a little swim. After our swim we played a little land and mini golf and on the roundabout. The fun part was when I went on the jungle jeeps and the bumper boats. We had lunch.       A dog came over to me and was sitting there and  staring at me. As I went for a swim it followed me in the pool and it was dog paddling the whole way around.
